Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to effectively address clients' mental health needs.

• Facilitating open dialogues with clients to help them explore and articulate their emotions, enhancing their self-awareness and relationship dynamics.

• Serving as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in setting and refining personal and therapeutic goals.

• Assessing clients’ mental health conditions and developing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based solutions and your clinical expertise.

• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed and compliant documentation of client interactions within our all-in-one Counseling Dashboard.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a carefully screened demographic of stable adult clients exhibiting low acuity. This means that you will engage with individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health and are generally not struggling with severe psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in California, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition are essential.

• Proficient computer skills to effectively navigate our therapy platform and manage digital client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not mandatory, experience in providing teletherapy or familiarity with online counseling platforms can be advantageous. Providing care to adult clients and dealing with various mental health challenges will enhance your suitability for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary that ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, counselors who work full-time may be eligible for:
