Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be responsible for a diverse array of tasks that directly support our patients and enhance their therapeutic experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual psychotherapy and family therapy to clients, designing tailored treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Facilitating referrals to group therapy and additional support services, such as psychiatric medication management and psychological testing.

• Implementing crisis management interventions when necessary and ensuring follow-through with patients who miss appointments according to policy.

• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect patient progress and adjusting interventions as required.
