Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, utilizing evidence-based frameworks.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and manage client-centered treatment plans that include achievable goals and appropriate interventions.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals involved in the clients' care to ensure cohesive treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of clinical interactions consistent with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that promote shared healing experiences among clients.
