Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client backgrounds, challenges, and needs, ensuring a precise approach to treatment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually and in group sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and detox staff, to create cohesive treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Advocate for client access to essential community resources, providing referrals as needed to support continued recovery beyond our facilities.

• Accurately document client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
