Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of families and individuals facing various life challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for families dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, and conflicts among family members.

• Provide telemedicine counseling and, when necessary, in-person sessions to meet client needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in team meetings and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including adults and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health and relational issues. Our patient population includes those struggling with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with families and couples.
