Riviera Dining Group in Miami Beach is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Executive Sous Chef and lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will manage inventory, schedule, food quality, and production while mentoring staff and upholding HACCP and safety standards.
