Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences while employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to foster understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve the best outcomes.
