Responsibilities Lead the Operations and Administrative Management Team Manage end-to-end process of recruitment and development of the Operations and Administrative team Manage branch administration, including branch facilities and overall cost management to enhance profitability Oversee and approve new client accounts, errors, client correspondence and communications Advise and manage HR-related issues in the market Ensure that all market/branch employees are educated and receive coaching on administrative policies, procedures and risk management Implement service excellence standards that include coaching and educating Management and support staff on Client Experience best practices and suitability Oversee employee related activity and manage the transition of recruits' accounts Qualifications Ideally 10 years of industry experience with a leading financial institution Management experience as administrative manager or other substantive leadership role Series 7, 66 and 9/10 required Motivated, self-directed and driven Comfortable working in partnership and able to delegate effectively Skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch) Job Type Full Time Job Reference
