Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide insightful individual and couples therapy to clients across a broad age range, ensuring tailored interventions that meet their unique needs.

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation, including client notes and record-keeping, to ensure compliance with best practices and support effective treatment planning.

• Utilize our billing service for seamless claims processing, management of client and insurance accounts receivable, and conducting benefit and eligibility checks.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized and up-to-date calendar that accommodates both client needs and your availability.

• Engage with clients exhibiting a variety of clinical presentations, applying your expertise to foster healing and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to older adults. Your caseload may include clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By establishing rapport and trust, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with an active and independent LCSW license.

• Demonstrated professionalism with strong therapeutic boundaries and a commitment to cultural competency.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.

• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
