Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  Conduct initial client assessments to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective coping strategies and emotional regulation.

  Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation according to clinical best practices and organizational standards to ensure effective treatment continuity.

  Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including primary care doctors and case managers, to facilitate holistic client care and ensure comprehensive support networks.

  Engage in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on innovative therapeutic techniques and organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will mainly serve school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and related behavioral issues. A key focus will be on building therapeutic alliances that foster trust and support within the educational environment and at home.

Qualifications\n

  Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada or be license-eligible.

  Have earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
