The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Candidate must hold a California AMFT, ASW, or APCC license.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with outpatient treatment modalities and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective client engagement and documentation.

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage client caseloads and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in outpatient settings and those familiar with teletherapy practices. An understanding of trauma-informed care principles is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
