This role is fully remote, allowing our mental health counselors to engage with clients in a comfortable setting that minimizes barriers to access. You will have the flexibility to create and manage your own schedules, with the added convenience of in-house management for insurance credentialing and patient scheduling. Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, designed to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying areas of need and triage care as appropriate.

• Develop and implement clinical treatment plans tailored to patient needs, utilizing various evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding assessments, treatment goals, and patient progress during meetings such as patient rounds.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing consistent case management and collaborating with community professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with departmental guidelines, ensuring timely and ethical completion.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and consultation as part of a collaborative work environment, sharing insights and strategies with fellow clinicians.

You'll interact with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults from various backgrounds, ensuring that each person receives compassionate and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
