This role operates in a fully remote, telehealth environment, allowing you to connect with clients through virtual sessions. Our team embraces flexible work hours that fit within a standard Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients across a spectrum of ages and diagnostic categories, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with best practices.

• Document each session thoroughly, maintaining accurate and timely records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary care team, contributing to case reviews and treatment discussions to refine therapeutic approaches.

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while regularly evaluating client progress to adjust strategies as needed.

• Participate in weekly supervision and staff training sessions to enhance clinical skills, discuss challenging cases, and receive guidance for professional growth.

Our client base comprises a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, each with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must be registered in California as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Basic proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document client interactions effectively and securely.

• Exhibit strong ethical standards, clinical judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Demonstrated eagerness to grow professionally and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally in outpatient counseling focused on teletherapy.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet diverse needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and others.

• Familiarity with remote counseling practices and an understanding of the unique considerations for clients in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to USD 85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
