Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities through live video conferencing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging open discussions to explore clients’ feelings and behaviors.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records while complying with HIPAA regulations.

• Utilize telehealth software for consultations, assessments, and follow-up care.

• Provide ongoing support in medication management and coping strategies for clients experiencing pain management and end-of-life issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCC will primarily support adult clients facing a range of emotional difficulties including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, grief, loneliness, and coping with significant life transitions. We particularly welcome therapists familiar with issues related to medication management and those dealing with end-of-life planning. Your expertise will help foster a healing environment and improve overall client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or psychology is required.

• Possession of a valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting, specifically utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address the challenges faced by adults with mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
