Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and mental health services to patients diagnosed with a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and social functioning, gathering critical information to inform treatment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Legacy Care Consultants, you will primarily support patients in a hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
