Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate their mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personalized interviews.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client issues.

• Engage families and significant others in the therapeutic process, providing psychoeducation and support to enhance the overall development of the client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

As an LCSW at Lifescapes Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
