Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, utilizing clinically validated tools to understand their mental health history, presenting issues, and goals.

• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans that align with professional best practices and each client’s aspirations for personal growth.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through tailored modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring regular monitoring of progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy sessions, accommodating those who face accessibility challenges or prefer remote interactions.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to uphold ethical standards and enhance care continuity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, attending workshops, webinars, and team meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, transitional life issues, and relationship concerns. Your work will focus on empowering clients to navigate their unique struggles and support them in achieving personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LCPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist (PsyD).

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated qualities of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.

• Prior work in a private practice, outpatient, or community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
