Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility and the ability to deliver high-quality therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home while being an integral part of our collaborative team. Our working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet our patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological status, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, engaging clients in their own care processes.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to enhance coping mechanisms and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate integrated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and respond to mental health emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders and develop comprehensive aftercare plans that include community resources.
\n
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including team meetings and case conferences, to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Stay informed of the latest trends and research within the mental health field to ensure best practices in treatment delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is strongly preferred.

• Robust understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling the establishment of rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Comfortable using EHR systems and computer applications in documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within community health settings or with underrepresented populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
