Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical observations to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with families and other health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational staff, to deliver coordinated and holistic care, ensuring clients receive the best support possible.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Strong proficiency in using digital tools and software, including Google Suite, and experience working with EHR systems to manage client information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
