Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, your core responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions, enabling clients to share experiences, foster connections, and collectively learn coping strategies.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized counseling sessions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and help them develop constructive coping mechanisms.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate tailored and goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges as they navigate significant life transitions, making the role of a counselor vital in fostering resilience and promoting mental health awareness. Your expertise will directly contribute to the healing journey of these individuals, empowering them to reclaim their lives and optimize their potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid Washington State LPC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
