Key Responsibilities Provide individualized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clients’ needs and objectives. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress. Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external resources to ensure holistic treatment for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and methodologies. Patient Population / Client Focus As a licensed mental health counselor at Empathy Edge, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications A master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field. Active license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) to practice mental health therapy independently in Massachusetts. Minimum of two years of relevant direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adults. Preferred Experience Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices. A strong understanding of intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning. Excellent writing skills with a focus on clear and concise documentation. A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
