Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients while developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate closely with clients to define measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the course of treatment.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings to provide and receive support, share best practices, and engage in case discussions that promote a collaborative treatment approach.

• Stay current with evolving trends in the mental health field, participating in workshops, webinars, and other professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n
