Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments for individual and family therapy sessions, tailoring treatment plans according to the identified needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to established schedules while adapting to the dynamic needs of our clientele.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with patients, utilizing effective communication techniques while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• Work with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of various DSM diagnoses as you provide individualized care.

• Document all therapy sessions comprehensively, including treatment progress and modifications, while adhering to medical necessity standards.

• Complete daily charge sheets for patient encounters to maintain accurate billing and documentation.

• Participate actively in weekly treatment planning meetings, discussing patient progress and contributing to collaborative decisions regarding care strategies.

• Assist in crafting discharge and aftercare plans to support patients’ transitions out of active treatment.
\n
• Stay current with best practices in mental health through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

• Demonstrate competency across a range of patient ages, addressing the distinct mental health needs of children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key member of the care team, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, transitional age youth, middle-aged adults, and geriatric individuals. Qualifications\n
