Our remote work setting provides flexibility for our team members, accommodating varying schedules while ensuring that we meet our clients' needs. Although primarily remote, team members will occasionally engage with clients via video sessions or telephonic consultations. You will join a collaborative team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, dedicated to providing coordinated and compassionate care to our clients at the Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather valuable information about clients' mental health, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to hospice care, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and grief counseling.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to support clients and their families during the end-of-life process.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions that align with clients' needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients in hospice settings.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, developing safety plans as necessary to support clients in emotional distress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining accurate records of progress.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultations to reflect on practice and enhance therapeutic skills.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Inner Calm Progressive Therapy, you will primarily serve patients in hospice care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
