You will work within the framework of our school facility, supporting students in their educational settings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities, including both individual and group therapy sessions designed to address dependencies and promote positive change.

• Provide engaging therapeutic experiences while helping students set realistic and achievable treatment goals aligned with ethical and legal standards.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding record keeping.

• Work closely with the clinical director on chart audits and other quality assurance processes to continually enhance the care provided.
\n
• Establish strong professional relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and cohesive treatment environment.

• Collaborate in clinical supervision and staff meetings, actively contributing to the overall quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client care.

• Coordinate care efforts with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to ensure holistic treatment of students’ needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on supporting school-aged clients who are dealing with mental health challenges related to emotional, social, and behavioral issues. This population may include students struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions, you will play a key role in nurturing their resilience and promoting their academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in social work, specifically within substance use or mental health settings.

• Direct clinical experience, including case management, with a strong foundation in understanding mental health issues.

• Proficiency with technology and the ability to maintain organized digital records.

• Exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and generous paid time off.
