Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments that identify clients' strengths and needs, allowing for the development of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to provide coordinated care that emphasizes holistic wellness.

• Advocate vigorously for clients' rights, facilitating access to essential community resources, support services, and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
