Business Analytics & Intelligence Coach

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced Business Analytics & Intelligence Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the data and analytics field. This role includes:

• Teaching core data analysis and statistical analysis techniques
• Building skills in data visualization and business intelligence
• Helping clients apply data-driven decision making to real business problems
• Guiding clients through market research and competitive analysis
• Exploring emerging areas like AI fundamentals, AI model evaluation, AI automation, and data pipeline automation
• Offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
• Providing interview prep and networking strategy tailored to analytics and BI roles
• Supporting those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the space

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience in business analytics, data science, or business intelligence (as an analyst, data scientist, or industry professional)
• A strong grasp of turning data into actionable insight
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
