Work Environment

This role is based onsite and involves direct interaction with patients within their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult patients by gathering medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.

• Prescribe medications and therapies, modifying treatment plans based on patient progress to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with an active state nursing license.
