  What You’ll Do

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you’ll help create a professional, educational, and supportive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Connect With Clients

You may:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in receiving benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client’s needs, priorities, and concerns

• Listen carefully and identify areas where additional financial protection may be helpful

• Build professional, long-term relationships

• Provide a personalized and respectful client experience

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up

  Educate Clients & Assist With Enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, your responsibilities may include:

• Explain available life insurance options

• Review accident and supplemental health benefit options

• Answer questions about available coverage

• Help clients understand policy features

• Compare available benefit choices

• Provide needs-focused recommendations

• Assist eligible clients through applications

• Guide clients through enrollment

• Explain documentation clearly

• Complete required digital records accurately
