Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments using structured interviews and standardized tools to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Deliver targeted individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating input from clients and relevant stakeholders.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety assessments for clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, ensuring immediate support and planning for ongoing safety.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

• Lead or co-facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and community support groups, creating a safe space for client interaction and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at New Mindset, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications, and includes a sign-on bonus.
