Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and intake evaluations to gather comprehensive patient histories and understand their unique circumstances.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect a patient’s cultural and personal context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address mental health concerns, aiming to nurture resilience and promote overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing skills to de-escalate acute situations and provide immediate assistance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and community resources that may assist in their paths to wellness.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, adhering to established legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and continue professional education to ensure the practice remains informed on cultural competency and the latest therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
