Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed health assessments and physical examinations to form accurate diagnoses and establish tailored treatment plans for residents.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications or therapies as indicated by patient needs.
• Deliver patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and the management of chronic conditions, helping residents take an active role in their own health.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care strategies, facilitating referrals to specialists, and ensuring the continuity of care through diligent follow-up.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring all medical records reflect the latest clinical information.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred, we recognize the value of extensive experience and skill in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Nurse Practitioner at Central NP Healthcare Solutions, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
