Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients utilizing our telehealth platform, employing various modalities including video conferencing, audio messaging, and secure journaling tools.

• Assess clients’ needs during initial consultations to develop personalized treatment plans and regularly monitor progress through goal-setting exercises and check-ins.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, providing detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations.

• Utilize your clinical judgment to apply evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that align with each client’s unique challenges and treatment goals.

Clients are screened to ensure they meet the criteria for stability and appropriateness for telehealth treatment, enabling you to focus on fostering therapeutic relationships that yield positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid LPCC license in the state of California, free from disciplinary actions.

• Access to reliable internet and a personal computer or laptop for conducting therapy sessions; please note that tablets are not supported through our platform.

Compensation and Benefits\n

South Pine Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 for full-time counselors, with potential for a substantial sign-on bonus. We also provide a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health and wellness needs.
