Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including gathering assessments on clients' backgrounds, substance abuse history, and current mental health challenges.

• Write detailed clinical reports and document patient interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state mandates.

• Provide on-call crisis intervention services and emergency consultations as needed, demonstrating clinical judgement in high-pressure situations.

• Evaluate and document suicide risk assessments accurately, using clinical tools to inform treatment approaches.

• Maintain effective communication with care teams and patients, facilitating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on mothers, many of whom face socioeconomic challenges impacting their mental health. This role emphasizes empathy and understanding while addressing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will engage clients in a safe virtual space to promote healing and empowerment, ensuring they feel comfortable discussing sensitive subjects.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and technology for delivering services and documenting care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
