This role primarily offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and ease of communication with clients via teletherapy platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions where you implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in achieving their personal growth objectives.

• Set impactful therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services to increase accessibility for clients; adapt therapeutic strategies to suit virtual environments effectively.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and case notes to ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and training to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, actively engaging with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, managing caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with experience in teletherapy or familiarity with digital therapeutic tools will find advantages in our increasingly remote-facing role. Additionally, prior work in various therapeutic settings, particularly outpatient counseling, will be valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
