Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique history and treatment goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as needed.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to engage clients and promote healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care that encompasses all aspects of clients’ wellness.

• Provide family education and support to help clients' loved ones understand mental health issues and promote a supportive home environment for recovery.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or at least two years of practice in a clinical setting.
