Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address complex mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed efficiently.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support when clients face acute distress, demonstrating both professional competence and compassionate understanding.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, including educational workshops and seminars, to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support and engage with clients from diverse groups.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage time effectively and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n
