• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Diligently document all procedures, contribute to the training of new staff or students, and maintain the highest lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean, safety-oriented workplace, strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health field, in conjunction with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
