Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manage

$55 per hour

Our client, a dynamic venture studio that founds, funds, and scales high-potential data and AI businesses, are seeking an Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manager to support their CEO and San Francisco headquarters. This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic, and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys balancing executive support, office operations, culture initiatives, and special projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, help drive a best-in-class team experience, and play a key role in the daily operations and culture of the firm.

**Please note that this is a temp-to-perm role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $55/hr.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEOs complex calendar across business and personal commitments, proactively prioritizing time, scheduling, and logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to anticipate leadership needs and ensure seamless executive support
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, workplace organization, and overall employee experience for the San Francisco headquarters
  • Coordinate team lunches, gatherings, and culture-building initiatives
  • Provide administrative and logistics support for internal and external events
  • Support operational projects, vendor research, and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within the tech or finance industry
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in an unstructured environment
  • Service-oriented with strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
  • Positive, resilient, and known for bringing strong energy and good vibes to a team
  • Proficient with modern productivity tools including Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling platforms
