Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Nurse Practitioner, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments through in-person evaluations during house calls.
• Developing detailed care plans that address the individual health goals and needs of patients.
• Providing education on preventive care and health management strategies, equipping patients to make informed health decisions.
• Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
