Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address their mental health challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving meaningful progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct in your practice.

• Engage collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Offer education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their journeys with confidence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
