Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for diverse patient populations, evaluating both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and an active state nursing license.
• A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with demonstrated competency in community health, public health, or a comparable setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
