Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Develop, present, and revise individualized treatment plans for clients in collaboration with the Clinical Drug Review Panel (CDRP) treatment team.

• Facilitate clinical case conferences to discuss client progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes.
\n
• Deliver educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, helping to enhance client understanding and engagement.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients facing chemical dependency issues.

• Implement family therapy sessions, including Adolescent, Significant Other, and Multi-Family therapy as necessary to support client recovery.

• Assist clients in navigating resources and provide case management support to coordinate comprehensive care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position includes individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, as well as their families and support systems. You will work with diverse populations, including adolescents and adults, who may be experiencing various stages of recovery and have unique psychosocial needs. Your role is pivotal in creating safe, supportive, and understanding environments that encourage open dialogue and successful pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Licensure/Certification: Must hold an active LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant post-graduate supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy within the last five (5) years is required.
