Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings utilizing evidence-based tools to evaluate the mental health needs of your clients, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video conferencing for patients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate interactive group therapy sessions designed to foster community support, education, and personal growth among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with medical teams and support staff virtually to coordinate care, ensuring that patients receive holistic treatment and support.

• Engage in outreach efforts aimed at educating the community about mental health concerns, including leading workshops or webinars focused on wellness and prevention.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to older adults, encompassing various cultural backgrounds and mental health needs. Your clients may include individuals navigating acute crises, those managing chronic mental health conditions, and people seeking personal development. As a result, you will need a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges these patients face and the ability to adapt your therapeutic approach accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices and a solid understanding of mental health issues prevalent among patients in telehealth settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with a diverse virtual team.

• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all client needs are met.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in providing counseling or therapy services, preferably in a telehealth environment.

• Experience with group therapy facilitation and community outreach initiatives is highly desirable.
