Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to diagnose and formulate effective treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health situations, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive communication.

• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations regarding confidentiality and data protection.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that supports each client's therapeutic journey.

• Educate clients and families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources, effectively advocating for clients’ needs and rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Positively Living, you will serve a diverse array of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and dedication will be recognized and rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year.
