Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a full-time professional seeking the balance of remote work flexibility with the collaborative spirit of an outpatient team. Your standard work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of additional evening hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs. This arrangement allows you to maintain a focused, punctual approach to your responsibilities while integrating essential evening support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use concerns of clients, identifying the presence of co-occurring disorders that necessitate integrated treatment.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions addressing both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to equip clients with effective coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional management techniques.

• Engage in regular collaborations with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure a cohesive and holistic treatment plan for all clients.

• Implement continuous substance use monitoring and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance motivation and support client engagement in their recovery journey.

• Provide ongoing education to clients and their families, elucidating the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment plans.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and referrals, adhering to strict ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
