Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to provide comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute need of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience with demonstrated proficiency in delivering therapeutic services.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.
\n
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technology to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, family therapy, couples therapy, or substance use disorder counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience working with underserved or high-risk populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
