Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or emotional disorders, ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses.

• Carry a manageable caseload, providing tailored individual, group, and family therapy sessions to meet diverse client needs.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, displaying confidence and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in collaborative team efforts to create and implement treatment plans that support recovery and promote holistic well-being.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees focused on enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, ensuring 24/7 access to mental health resources for clients during emergencies.

• Foster meaningful relationships with clients, utilizing culturally competent practices to respect and integrate their unique traditions and beliefs into treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals suffering from a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disturbances. By offering brief interventions and ongoing support, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their journeys toward recovery and promote overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
\n
• At least 3 years of professional experience working with diverse populations in mental health settings.
\n
• Strong knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, treatment methodologies, risk assessment, and crisis management.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Highly developed organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a community health setting is preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth practices and digital health tools that can enhance the counseling experience for clients. An understanding of cultural competency in mental health treatment will also be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, sick time, life insurance, and profit-sharing opportunities.
