Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and, if necessary, diagnosing mental health issues using recognized tools such as the DSM-5, tailoring an individualized care plan that honors cultural diversity and addresses the special needs of each patient.

• Continuously evaluating patient progress and employing targeted interventions to enhance mental health outcomes, ensuring a responsive approach to therapeutic needs.

• Accurately preparing and maintaining treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory standards and departmental protocols, utilizing current technology effectively.

• Collaborating closely with patients and their families to create and update a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with their goals while promoting a supportive environment for recovery.

• Identifying areas for improvement, providing guidance on safety protocols, and assisting in symptom management throughout the treatment process.

• Coordinating referrals and maintaining productive working relationships with other colleagues and healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

Richmond Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
