Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, focusing on evidence-based therapy modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds who face significant barriers in accessing mental health services. Many clients may be navigating challenges related to major mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and severe anxiety or depression. It is imperative for you to exhibit cultural competency and establish rapport with clients to create a safe space for dialogue and healing. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
